I haven’t received my order yet, what should I do?

Oh no! We are sorry to hear that. Please review your shipping method and confirm the shipping time frame has passed. Once confirmed, please direct all further inquiries to support@ishopchaz.com.

Can I track my order? 

Absolutely! Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will automatically be sent an email to the email address provided during checkout.

How can I cancel my order? 

If you're order has not been processed, please contact support@ishopchaz.com.

What can I do if an item is out of stock? 

There are 3 things you can do to be notified when an item is restocked:

  1. If the item is still online, go the product and enter your email to be
    notified when an item is restocked.
  2. Sign up for the company email newsletter (found at the bottom of
    our website). Some of our newsletters share items that have been
    restocked.
  3. Follow us on Instagram: @ishopchaz. Here, we post items that
    have been restocked.

Why did my ordered items ship separately? 

We will do partial shipping to expedite shipping for your order in the following conditions:

  1. Items are shipped from different warehouses or suppliers.
  2. Different item preparation time
  3. Weight limit of customs or courier
  4. You will receive an email notification when each parcel is shipped.
